Centro Traduzioni Maggy in Genoa. English German Translations Genoa

The “Centro Traduzioni Maggy” was founded in Genoa in 1994 by Margherita Zunino.

Having done all studies at the German School in Genoa, school attended since the Kindergarten, German is my second mother tongue, followed by English, written and spoken at an excellent level, while French, Spanish and Russian are at school level.

Immediately after the scientific-linguistic school-leaving examination, I worked for over a decade by a Russian-Italian commercial company in Genoa, as technical-commercial translator/interpreter for the languages German and English.
During this period, I lived in Moscow for a total of two years.

In 1994 I devoted myself to the profession as interpreter/translator, opening in Genoa, my hometown, the "Centro Traduzioni Maggy" and in 2001, after registering with the nr. 1924 in the Role of Experts of Chamber of Commerce in Genova, cat. XXV, sub. 01 – Foreign languages for German and English, I registered at the Register of the Sworn Experts of the Court of Genoa acting as interpreter for German and English languages.

Some of the most significant services:

-    co-operation with some of the most important Translator Agencies in Genoa, Milan and Rome;

-   interpreting during training of the personnel of a Genoese mechanical company by German engineers in the construction, under
license of German Manufacturers, of gas turbines and steam generators, stators and relevant translation of the handbooks;

- interpreting for the training of German and English technicians and translations from French of operating manuals for transportation
companies in Liguria;

-    interpreting during the construction of weapons licensed from a German company;

-    interpreting, translation and public relations in German and English for a shipyard in Liguria;

-    interpreting, translation and public relations from German and English for some Genoese trading companies.
